Finals tend to by an extremely self-serving time (at least in my experience), but if youre already on Facebook, please take a minute away from your work to reflect on the massive, sometimes horrifically violent barriers to primary and secondary school education—let alone a college education—that many children still face. Theres plenty you can do to make education more accessible, but if youre looking for somewhere to start, you can donate to the Malala Fund (malala.org/), a non profit focused on helping girls go to school and raise their voices for the right to education.
