Finance Administrator Job description JOB: My client is looking for a Financial Administrator in Staines for a 3 month contract, duties include: Run daily pre planned maintenance reports to enable management to see what jobs we have outstanding; present findings to Asset and Account Managers (on web based system) · Run a parked invoice report to obtain current invoices that need to be processed for payment from SAP · Liaise with account managers for invoice approval and billing status · Communicate with the Accounts Payable department, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure accounts do not get placed on hold; relating to contractual invoice payment dates · Liaise with sub-contractors for invoices in query and any additional information required for processing · Offer support to other contracts (SAP and Excel) · Resolve any queries that staff have; all contracts (all queries) · Create processes to streamline and improve operations · Cover the Purchase Order inbox when other team members are absent · Liaise with the Finance Department to ensure costs are being captured accurately and in a timely manner · Supplier bank reconciliations – invoice status – provide to suppliers and sub-contractors · Liaise with Contract Services to ensure contractual 48 purchase orders are raised correctly · Receipting on SAP · Attend meetings as required and take minutes · Support the Admin Team with ad hoc duties · Run Estimates report (web based) to cover periods of team leave To apply for this position please email CV’s to [email protected] Unfortunately due to the high number of applicants for this role, if you do not hear back from us within 2 working weeks, please assume you have been unsuccessful.
