In 1984, the Company began developing Melati Mas Residence (formerly Villa Melati Mas) In 2000, company’s shareholder, PT. Gama Nusapala bought company’s ownership from PT. Misori Utama and PT. Indokisar Djaya. This changed ownership was also followed by the same change to the company’s management. And as the company Management changes, In 2005, the company changed its name from PT. Internusa Artacipta into PT. Karya Cipta Putra Indonesia With the rapid development of Melati Mas Residence, in 2004, the company began a new housing complex called Serpong Park. Through this project, the company attempts to get into a different market segment by selling houses at a more affordable price than that of Melati Mas Residence. The successful development of this housing complex is evident from the fact than now 5,000 families are occupying both complexes and also that now more commercial areas, such as shopping malls, shop house, and family sport clubs, are already built in the area. The housing complexes that the company develops are situated amidst the other large housing complexes such as Alam Sutra, Gading Serpong, and Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) where public facilities like international schools, shopping malls, and entertainment centers are abundant in the area. To be specific, Melati Mas Residence and Serpong Park are located in the west part of Jakarta, along Serpong, Tangerang, to be exact, with two accesses to toll roads, namely: About 6 Km of the exit off Tomang – Tangerang Toll Road About 5 km of the exit off Pondok Indah – Serpong Tangerang Toll Road The Housing complexes are strategically located and the access to several toll roads gives Melati Mas Residence and Serpong Park another competitive advantage. The housing complexes that the Company develops are located in the rural area with a good prospect as a business establishment and as a residence at the same time given that the land’s price in that area is still much cheaper than in Jakarta. In developing housing complex, the company always abides by the relevant Government’s regulations which require that every housing complex be equipped with public and social facilities for its residents. such as praying houses, schools, parks, and lakes. With this, the company Hopes that the residence can live comfortably and safety in every housing complex it develops. Directing, coordinating and measuring the company’s financial performance over the daily operation of all parts of the divisions and departments within the company for the purpose of financial planning and budget management Monitor and analyze financial transactions daily, monthly and yearly and compared with the budget, Direct and coordinate debt financing and debt payments with external agencies To coordinate with all parts of the company for the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, planning and financial projections according the company’s business plan Perform financial analysis to make proposals for the consideration of the employer to contract negotiation and decision-making on investment products, plan short-term and long-term, budget and financial goals of each section and the overall company, policy making and repair procedures Presenting financial data necessary for planning and policy-making committee financial Perform direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements Ensure documentation relating to accounting activities recorded in the books are accurate and true Ensure and calculate tax liabilities arising from existing transactions Ensure consistency of application of accounting systems that have been established either by the company in accordance with the applicable financial accounting standards in Indonesia Ensure that any records in the books that the material can be expressed Ensure that all records are accurate and consistent with the applicable financial accounting standards Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably from property industry Applicants must be willing to work in Balikpapan Preferably Manager specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
