Finance ministry on the move again! The appointment of Dr John Kofi Baffoe an economist with the African Development Bank as Technical adviser to the minister for Finance is timely and commendable. With his over thirty years experience in Macro and development economics, he undoubtedly will be a very worthy complement to Hon. Seth Tekpker in our quest to demonstrate that economic efficiency( Hon.Tekpers ideology) and social development( Dr. Kofis Idealogy as a development economist) are not opposite but partners in progress.
