Just by uploading a photo of a lost or found dog to the Finding Rover mobile app or website, people are able to reunite dogs with their owners quickly, safely, and accurately. Finding Rovers facial recognition technology is 98% accurate in matching lost and found dog posters together. Whenever someone reports a dog lost or found, other users within 10 miles will get a notification about a dogs whereabouts. findingrover Registering your dog(s) on Finding Rover ensures your dog is in the system. If your dog ever gets away from you, all it takes is a few clicks on Finding Rover, and digital Lost posters are sent to every member within 10 miles. Found a dog? If you have the heart to take a photo of a lost dog, Finding Rover can help you find the owner. When you report a found dog, a notification will be sent to every member in a 10 mile radius that you found this dog. Dog owner or not, Finding Rover can save a dogs life. This service is FREE, which allows everyone to use it! What about the shelters? Shelters that use Finding Rover are better equipped to serve their community. For example, Finding Rover and San Diego County just joined forces on May 16, 2014. Finding Rover members in San Diego can check every shelter to see if their dog has been impounded, and even look for adoptable dogs.
