Finished off the day today with some fresh marinara I made with organic tomatoes and penne pasta and collard greens. The kids were not too thrilled with it, but I thought it was good. The whole family is so use to meat, mainly ground chuck in some sort of dish for dinner so this will take some adjusting. I do have to cook for three kids lol. Ava and I enjoyed a healthy salad after our workout today with cucumbers and tomatoes and chick peas. She ate every bite! This weekend I will be working 12 hrs both Saturday and Sunday 9-9 which means I leave at 8am and get home at 10pm. My day will start at 6am tomorrow and the stretching will begin again. The true test is making it through these long shifts while working long hours which limits my time. I have to squeeze ME in somewhere in here this weekend. A task in itself!
