Finished up my last major match of the season, the Surefire World - TopicsExpress

Finished up my last major match of the season, the Surefire World Multigun Championship. After a bit of a rough season (OK a terrible season) it felt good to finish strong. After 15 stages I managed to come in 4th place behind Daniel Horner, Nils Jonasson and Keith Garcia. Even managed a stage win in Tac Optics on the night pistol/shotgun stage. Might have a bit of practice with those. Pete Rensing did an incredible job as MD his first time out. Due to some rough weather today he had to make a hard call about how to finish the match. I thought he did a great job. For those that didnt make this match you really missed out. We shot 15 stages in three days. Some short, some long, some in the dark, natural terrain, bay stages and 3Gun Nation style stages. It made for long days and this match is only second to the Ironman in how exhausted I was at the end of each day. Definitely coming back next year.
