Finished up purchase agreement for doublewide. Having faith that this will all be over, said and done by the middle of August. I ask for prayer for me and this situation. Having a lil issue with me paying off doublewide and land note that is combined so doublewide title can be released. This was Manleys residence. So much crap with banking institutions even if the loan is just for a month or so they want all the expensive paperwork and title mess done. I figured it is just easier to pay it off since I have been blessed to be able to do it. The devil likes to try and get in my space by trying to place doubt in my mind. I do not trust men, in all honesty. I have been taken advantage of and used in the past but always blessed with good financial knowledge but bad judgment where my heart is concerned.The men that have been in my life loved this gift I was blessed with to a great degree. That is until I get to tightening the purse strings on keeping debt to a minimum or try and curtail their buying and buying and buying! The bible speaks clearly on debt and loans. I just do not understand these men that make more than I ever dreamed of making and they have been terrible with paying their bills and being accountable! As always I am depending on my heavenly Father to help me. He has never failed me!
