Firdous Ahmad From Pattan Govt is distributing free ration in ration stores in flood affected areas. but first we r provided an application form to be filled. when i see the application form i myself understood that there r certain points in form which stopped me to take the free ration . as i myself realized that i do not fall in this very category.. i want to convey my dears that if ur l agriculturist and ur residence has not been affected by floods than do not take this free ration as this is the right of those who become homeless ..lost their property ..etc. So plz show ur sincere attitudes towards our dear ones & we may to some extend contribute towards to build Naya & Khushal Kashmir
