Fire over Night was a great success. I have it on good authority that Skip Reeves and I were creating this image for over 2 hours. Off in the distance, the sound of shutter clicks from Melissa Knightts camera could be heard, as well as the cackling of sage hens! Of course this cackling was drowned out from time to time by stunning renditions of Happy Birthday being played on my trucks horn. Something about the natives being restless, or perhaps slap happy. One could also hear screams of NO LIGHT PAINTING AFTER 3AM! Undaunted, Skip and I resumed our work.
