First I gotta say, me, Mom, Herman, Henri, Foz and Frieda, have the best friends on the planet! It was a long day for us as patients, and for Mom to have two of us seeing Dr.H. Herman went first and had x-rays and an ultrasound with biopsies. From what they saw, it doesnt seem that they can give a better prognosis than Hermans first doctor. Keeping him comfortable is the most important thing and Mom and the doctor discussed the best ways. I was up next and upon my ultrasound, the doctor saw several enlarged lymph nodes in my belly, and he felt this is a sign of metastasis. Mom was really surprised by this because I look and act fine. Im going to try a new medicine and see Dr. H in two weeks. This was a bump in the road that we werent expecting, but I wont let it get me down!
