First I need to let you guys know, I was not going to repost this video. After I watched it, I struggled within myself as to what I felt and how to deal with it. I know that not all officers are bad just as certain, I am sure that there are bad apples within our police departments. I do agree with the general public about one thing, and that is the fact that civil injustice doled out by authority figures that represent safety and protection, can not and should not ever be taken lightly nor shall it be look over and ignored. However, when these officers, that are members of our very own communities, face potential death and danger on a daily basis.... You have to admit that the thought of something such as the events that took place in this video most likely crosses the minds of every officer that chooses to attempt to afford making a life for his own family by choosing a profession that possibly could demand his or her life immediately, on a daily basis... I originally did not feel that it was a good idea to repost this video, however now I wish to repost it for one reason and one reason only. The only reason I have that makes sense to me, would be my wish that everyone, both community members as well as community protectors, would stop for a moment and imagine that the officer in this video is either a loved one or themselves, and tell me if you still believe that senseless killing and brutality towards one another is the required solution to the issues we ALL face...jmo
