First Question. Interviewer: Can you name a time when you resolved a problem a customer faced in the past? Me (paraphrasing): Well there was this one time on the turtle project in Costa Rica where hundreds of dead termites were falling on a volunteer in her bed at 3am. I strapped on a tshirt around my face and fumigated the room sweating like a mother. I kept the situation light and fun and we all slept soundly till the morn. *Blank faces on interview panel. You dont get that in the National Trust! #inthebag #stupidtermitestory Classic though. :D
