First and Foremost, Happy Holidays to all of our members, per diems, and auxiliary members. We hope it truly is a season of comfort and joy for each and every one of you. We owe a special thank you to those members and employees that are putting time in at the base on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Our Mission here at PVEA is a continuous 24/7 effort and our service is greatly needed and appreciated by our community especially during the holidays. We have reached the 3,000 call volume milestone for 2014. While the past few months have been a bit busier, we want to thank everyone for their continued and extra efforts to take shifts and cover calls while continuing to offer outstanding quality patient care. We speak for many when we say this, but thank you and keep up the great work. To the Penfield Community, neighboring departments and agencies and our supporters we salute you and we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a safe holiday season!
