First chemo day DONE & over!!! yeahhhhhh!!! Feels really good, they told her to get a good meal tonight cus tomorrow the nausea can start, so they are going to give her an IV tomorrow. They also said her worst day will probably be by next Thurs cus her hair will be falling out & blood count will start to fall. She went out to eat tonight & celebrate a successful day....will be 1st & last for awhile. The worst part of the day was the trip to the plastic surgeon to be stabbed in both sides of her back to remove fluid - at least it is 1/2 what it was last week although much more bloody :-( Her right arm is getting better & she is able to move it better, still going to OT & is considering the lymphedema clinic which I am STRONGLY encouraging with a wonderful OT there :-)
