First clinic visit today since back from NY. The fluids in his head (which is an obvious bump) are not gone and they took a sample - and by took a sample it means they poked a needle in his head - , they are not concerned and since we saw it before going down and just taking time it will be inshallah ok. His blood counts starting going down but they are not at a scary level - yet- , lets pray they never do and we get off the transfusion and no treatment due to low counts wagon for a while... Can I hear an AMEN? :) Ok folks the last thing we will bug you with tonight is pray for serenity and patience for all of us, it was obvious to me today that Zein was not happy being back to the hospital . We started this journey and he was 5.5 years old, he is now 7.5 years and grew up like no other! We try our best to keep an eye on different age phases and cater to his emotional and psychological needs as we go ... Which means the insane sanity for us parents... cancer families will relate and understand:) ....
