First contest of the year, NW teams powerlifting championships March 1st. Teams to consist of 3 lifters, the format will be that of a normal contest ie each lifter has 9 attempts. Separate teams for male and female lifters to be formed and given separate awards.The Wilks points for each lifter on the team are added together and the team with the highest wilks total will be the winner. Contact other lifters on here then select a suitable name for your team perhaps relating to the area or gym you train at such as Adlington Argonauts.
