First gotta know Amanda & Mervyn 6 years ago through Livejournal - they were arranging cooking parties (absolutely love it!) at their humbling and beautiful abode and I attended one! It was sooooooo much fun! Within this short 6 years, they started a company with their friends doing cooking parties - Cookyn Inc - to starting a bistro - GRUB (one of my FAVs) and now, a new cafe called FIX! Im honestly very inspired by their boldness to start this off. Its not easy but their passion for food must have been really strong for them to come this far. Truly when we are driven by PASSION, we are unstoppable and that when we see endless of opportunities lining up for us. Lets get some good FIX this weekend!
