First of all, I want to thank and apologize to my body for - TopicsExpress

First of all, I want to thank and apologize to my body for allowing me to complete at a high level without breaking down too much. No major or minor injuries during the meet and that is a blessing. The video shows my 525lb squat. Raw squatting has two different categories, knee wraps or no knee wraps. This meet did not allow knee wraps. The last time I competed without wraps (Jan 2014), I squatted 460lbs. So this was a huge improvement. The second is my bench press, which was 425lbs. This is 23lbs more than I did in August. The 3rd lift my deadlift at 650lbs. This matches what I did in August, but it went up much easier this time. There was a reason I went for only 650 and that was to ensure is have my first ever 1600lb total. I didnt want to risk missing 660 and then losing my big total. I went 9 for 9, which is the l second time in a row Ive achieved that feat. Id like to thank and congratulate my friend and training partner, Richard Nichols who took best lifter by totalling 900 at 144 lb bodyweight. Thanks to My family and daughter for being my inspiration. Next, I want Thank Fred Hatfield, Richard Ficca, Jenn Rotsinger and my other guys and beautiful ladies for the advice and friendship. To Charles Pressley and Jackie Dawson-Pressley for driving an hour and a half to come handle us. Its incredible what a second set of eyes can do for clarity. Thanks to my Racheal for the torture sessions on my back and Eric Nye for the adjustments. As always Spero Tshontikidis ran a great meet and we all had a great time with new and old friends. Got to share the platform with vets from Vietnam, desert storm, Somalia to OIF/OEF. Thanks to all my Facebook friends for the encouragement on the videos. I hope you enjoy v watching my feats of strength. Now Its time to retool the body composition and come back next year stronger and leaner.
