First of all i give all glory to God for my race win, the Rocket city challenge was the best RC3 event ive been too. Even though it rain Friday night Practice was epic after making setup changes i felt pumped for the heats on Saturday on Heat 1 i had battery problems and ended up qualifying last in my class disappointed i focused on my 2nd heat i knew if i could pull the triple off i could TQ, i dominated the track and even pulled off a perfect triple haha!! ended first taking Jeremys TQ by 4 seconds shocked i got ready for the main starting in first was nerve racking, the start was terrible after going off the first double i clipped it and got caught with Jeremy putting us back into 6th I stayed cool and consistant and climbed back up to the top after switching the lead several times on the last lap first crashed on the triple giving me first and was smooth sailing to line. I want to thank RC3 club and Steven Hicox for putting on a great event making me feel so welcome ever since i joined this sport 2 1/2 years ago, Also want to thank my dad Mark Parrish the best mechanic!! , Hunter Cupp for always helping me with car problems tips and setup and Daniel Myers for making me the racer i am. And everyone else that has supported me Thank you.
