First of all,, this is Tom speaking. lol Against my better judgement, I stepped on the scales last night, fully clothed, after a visit to The Operahouse Pub in Elwood. 199 AUGHHHHH!!!!! Great steak supper though. Cant hit that big 200.. So we (me, Jane and mom) got up this morning and started a big crockpot of skinny soup. They say if you go too gung-ho though you wont last so we balanced it with a couple dozen cinnamon OATMEAL ( which IS good for you) raisin cookies. And a side of celery (which is also good for you) and peanut butter. My goal this year is to get down to my HS graduation wt of 174 again. What a journey this will be. Wish me luck.... tom
