First of all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. They will say, Where is this ‘coming’ he promised? Ever since our fathers died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation. But they deliberately forget that long ago by God’s word the heavens existed and the earth was formed out of water and by water. By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed [Genesis 6-9]. By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men. 2 Peter 3:3-7 For nearly 45 years, I’ve held to the historical veracity of the Genesis account of creation, origins, and history, based on extensive detailed study of the recorded narrative as well as facts discovered by several branches of modern science, objectively considered. The evidence is overwhelmingly compelling for both the ex nihilo creation of spacetime [aka so-called ‘Big Bang’] and the global flood. I wont pay good money to see the movie Noah by Jewish atheist producer Darren Aronofsky. He is simply one of the ‘last days scoffers’ mentioned in the text cited above. I have read several reviews by a number of individuals who have sat through the movie, and this one (linked) by Wesley J. Smith fairly sums up the movies content, agenda, and divergence from the Genesis narrative.
