First off our apologies for all the unforeseen issues with Friday nights Razorback PPV. They relate to an issue with the flash player and an internet cable we identified as bad. Once we had these issues resolved the stream ran well with minimal issues. With that said, we appreciate the chance to make it right to those who are unhappy. We know there are some customers who understandably would like a refund for Friday nights Razorback PPV. If this is the case, please email your name to derbytees@yahoo. We will work on giving out refunds for Friday nights PPV to those who request it starting on Monday, 3/10, when we get back in the office. For those who filed a dispute with PayPal, you will have to wait for this dispute to be resolved through PayPal to get your money back. We will work with PayPal to resolve these disputes as fast as possible but it could take 1-2 weeks to get your money back through this process. We will performing additional testing tomorrow in hopes of ensuring all kinks are worked out and the stream goes well tomorrow night. We EXPECT it to work well and have it run smoothly - we hope you will join us but understand if you are hesitant to do so. Our intent has ALWAYS been to try and provide the best product we can to you, the customer, and when we cant, in cases like this, we try and do everything we can to make it right. We understand your disappointment and aggravation & share in it more than you may even know. We would request that everyone could refrain from further vulgar and profane attacks via Facebook, email and phone that help no one.
