First pic is larger of my 2 deer roasts has a nice dry rub, injection then wrapped in bacon. Smaller roast is stuffed with soy sauce mushrooms peppers and onions then wrapped in bacon. Now I know Im gonna hear it from a few but I do not have a smoker so I am trying my hand at smoking these roasts on my gas grill using hickory chips. Wish me luck. First ever. Man I hope I dont mess these great things up. Lol
