First step for Daniel going raw vegan - please join him!! Also crucial for cancer patients (see link that I attached) =================================== I will be posting some vegan recipes for my meat eater friends and also some raw recipes to try out. Really – you just include a recipe here and a recipe there and your body will automatically move you towards vegan and then towards raw. You don’t have “try” becoming a vegan or “try” eating healthier… just include these foods and EVERY DAY have at least one big green juice (for instance: Juicing 1 cucumber, 1 green pepper, 4 sticks of celery, 3 apples, maybe some ginger, squeeze of lemon..that type of thing), and your body will naturally shift towards healthier foods and less animal products. Daniel wants to go vegan and then raw vegan, so feel free to join, as I will be posting what he changes in his diet and life every week. You do not have to go all the way. Make a note of the steps, as I post them, and then do them at your own pace. Your body will guide you. SO This week – the ONLY things we changed was – he eats as usual, but he has 2 liters of water a day (spring water, if you can – ESPECIALLY if you are dealing with cancer, as the water will be able to carry much more oxygen to your cells than chlorinated water. VERY IMPORTANT) Then he has a Spirulina drink once a day. We buy our Spirulina from Kwik Spar in the health section under super foods. Blend 1 large glass of water, 2 bananas, ¾ t spirulina (they recommend building up the Spirulina to 2 teaspoons a day in total) Just that - for this week - and already the body will start responding in a positive way...
