First, thank you for all the love you threw at my Monday intention, it buoyed me. Heres an update... You know when youve wanted something through your entire big bloody thumping heart for some time, and then you start it? And you finish it. And you think, Wow, that was brutal and beautiful. Lets do it again! Yeah, its a wonderful feeling isnt it? My book is now out of my hands and onto my first readers and story editors eyeballs - hopefully it sneaks into their hearts. When I came to the last line for the 4th time, I cried. From relief? From exhaustion? Because it moved me? Yes. Doing that thing is totally worth it. xx ash PS - We dont stop for long oer here.
