First thing in the morning, thanks to the Lord for His generosity to give me another day. This is also the time of the day when I send my thoughts to each and everyone I love and to my friends scattered all-over the globe... dead and/or alive. On the second it is water to start up the engines. The third comes my medication which got stack somehow with me for the rest of my life. I take a minute to listen to my heart and take a note of what sort of new pain I should consider or ignore for the day. The fourth is food, the protein to help my brains to see things through. No planning for the future is involved. Will follow some other words Ill have with God to thank for shelter despite the fact that it is me the one who pays the rent... and for the food, again it is me who pays the bills at the grocery store to get it, carry it and then cook it appropriately on my electric stove. Only after that... I get to live another day and take care of my daily business and say here: Good morning to you all!
