First, this is not bragging. This is embarrassing. The sick effect of having too many pens. While opening my vault to find a pen, i suddenly found a couple of pens that i had used before...parker flight 45. and to my surprise, one of them is a 14K EF nib. my inpression was it is a gold plated nib. the other is a steel F nib. i had used them extensively during my youth like a ballpoint, but yet failed to recognized them. I was still fighting with myself if i should get a 14K nib pen now. =) the ink has dried in the pen and i am trying to clear out the dried ink. the lucky thing is i know the inks are water-soluble and my cleaning methods are working, just need a little more time for cleaning. the rubber is fine, so...then it is the joy of writing with them again. i believe i did not pay a hand and a leg to get them *looks at myself*...yup my hand and legs are still there. =p the joy of re-living ones memories....priceless =)
