First time try at zucchini pasta. Cut it two different ways - one with a peeler and the other with a rotary slicer. Both turned out pretty good although the larger ribbons from the rotary slicer were like tagliatelle! Sauce was an experiment as I was going to do a creamy chicken and bacon sauce but ended up using chorizo, bacon and mushroom (with a little kale thrown in at the end).
