First world rant: (1) if your doc/dental office wants to help speed things up by allowing patients to fill out crap online before arrival...then dont make me fill out the same forms manually when I arrive (2) when a patient makes an appointment, keep the friggin appointment time. There is no excuse in any other profession for chronically being 45-60 minutes late. I appreciate your 8 years of schooling....but you arent the only party whose time is worth $$ (3) public place etiquette - specifically cell phone etiquette is atrocious. Mix in senior citizens who cant hear....and it is a craptastic sitcom of selfishness. (4) handle your kids. Running around like idiots isnt a reflection on how cute they are....it is reflection on your self absorbed crappy parenting style. Signed, 38 minutes in the lobby and 10 minutes in the exam room guy
