Firstly, I would like to apologise to those customers who were kept waiting for their taxi late on Saturday night. A polite reminder to anyone booking my services: Please ensure you tell me exactly your requirements when making an advanced taxi booking. When I arrive and you then decide you need to go via another location, it makes me late for consequent bookings. Its not fair on me or the other customers who are having to wait. In future, if this happens, I shall be forced to decline the fare, out of respect for other customers who rightly so, expect to be collected at the time arranged.
