Fisheries Minister K. Babu said it had been decided by the Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission to grant agricultural tariff for electricity in fish farming. Fish farmers were being charged as per the commercial tariff at present. According to him, the Fisheries Department will establish aqua-clinics in all districts.
