Fishing in the mountainous Guyana Shield run-off rivers in Brazil - TopicsExpress

Fishing in the mountainous Guyana Shield run-off rivers in Brazil is about as exciting as it can get anywhere in the world. Peacock Bass and Wolf Fish stack up around rock piles, boulders and at creek mouths ready to hit any topwater lures in their vicinity. Bicuda, Payara and huge Black Piranhas wreak havoc on baitfish shoals in the faster currents and the biggest of the Amazons Cat species haunt the deep glides and holes. Pacu and other fruit and nut eating fish wait under trees for their bounty to fall into the river ...... these magical and spiritual rivers are a fishermans paradise ................ We have dates and spaces free for Jan 5-12 and Feb 2-9. Come and join me. steve@amazon-angler
