FitDeck WOD: Stairs. This workout is flexible. If you have the time, try this out at a local college where there are legitimate stairs to train on. Do a few pushups at the top and bottom of the stairs after each card. If youre confined to the office all day, look for a set of stairs inside the building. In order to minimize sweating, do these movements slowly and deliberately. No need to go full speed.
