Fitabulous Moms Move & Word Of The Day: ~Body Weight Squat: safe for pregnant mommies. Hinge at the hips, stick your booty out, keep your back straight, and dont let your knees go over your toes. Feel it in your butt and not your quads or knees. This is a basic move but most people do it wrong. Really work on your form and if your form is good then try to go down lower for more of a challenge. Do this for 1 minute and rest for 1 minute. Do 3-5 rounds. ~Peace: when we are anxious, nervous, or have lost our peace...a lot of times that means we have stopped trusting God and have taken things into our own hands. Thats easy to do. I encourage you to lift up your worries and cares to God and trust He knows whats best.
