Fitness Centre Manager Griffith University Gold Coast Student Guild is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the full time position of Fitness Centre Manager. The Fitness Centre Manager is responsible for the management of our busy facility, which predominantly services the health and fitness requirements of students of Griffith University’s Gold Coast Campus, in a not-for-profit environment. The roles key responsibility areas encompass:- Financial Management Membership Management Programs and services development Management of both physical and human resources. The position requires an experienced, “hands on” manager with strong customer service skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a unique and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, approachable person who is able to work independently and as part of a team, along with having a genuine interest in delivering quality health and fitness services to the Griffith University community. Flexibility is essential as you may be required outside your ordinary hours of work, which may include mornings, evenings and weekend shifts.
