Fitness Centre now open - Our Fitness Factory Training Centre is now open to all grade 9-12 students during their lunch Mon-Fri and afterschool from Mon-Thurs. Please know that students MUST take part in the training program and MUST have a signed consent form before they are allowed to use the room. The consent forms can be picked up in the main office or in the Fitness Factory Room. New additions to the room include: 3 new Concept II trainers (rowing machines), medicine balls, plyo boxes, foam rollers, and weight sleds. In the next few months we will be purchasing some new cardio equipment, a leg curl & leg extension machine and other great fitness gear.
