Fitness band update. When I woke up this morning, my right hand had already taken 500 steps (this is now the Polar Loop), while my left hand (the Garmin Vivofit) had only 30 steps. The Loop does say in the instructions to wear it on the non-dominant hand. In the meantime, the Vivofit decided to reboot, lock up, and become unreliable (which is why I bought the Polar Loop and was doing comparisons between them). So, 1) dont wear your fitness band on the dominant hand. 2) Ive got to do something about my sleep. I apparently am all over the place, tossing and turning enough to record over 100 steps both nights with the dominant hand. 3) I forget what three was, but Im sure it was either a) funny or b) insightful. Please laugh or be amazed. Oh, I remember! Garmin Vivofit SUCKS!
