First meal: 4 egg whites, 1/2 c oatmeal with Sugar in the Raw Second meal: 1 1/2 hr later Protein, chicken turkey lean sirloin, portion in palm, 1/2 c fruit Meal three: Protein - palm portion Meal four: Small salad with oil, or vine greater 1/2 hr before work out, 40g protein any source 1/2 c fruit , then immediately after work out, 40g protein, 1/2 baked potato or some whole grain toast Snack: nuts, almonds, or fresh vegs, hand full Sure, its boring Sure, its bland But eat like this with a vigorous training regime, not just working out Im talking reps of 20 30 40 100, 3 and 4 sets, And then youll see true results. This is what I do. Lord Strong!
