Fitness open day at Rushcliffe Arena Rushcliffe Arena is open to all on Saturday 2 August 2014 from 10am to 4pm for a fun- filled day of fitness. If you are new to fitness, love group exercise, training for a fitness event, want to lose weight and shape up or try something new, come along. If you’re looking for a great membership come and talk to the membership team who will be on hand to show you our facilities and to go through the options. There will be special offers on the day, so ensure you don’t miss out! Throughout the day, we will be fundraising for the charity Together for Short Lives which is the leading charity for the children’s palliative care sector in the UK. They represent all children with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions, their families and the children’s hospice services that they rely upon. They work to ensure that every child living with a life-limiting condition and their family get the best possible care and support, wherever they are, and whenever they need it. Are you training for a running event or wanting to get into running? If so, come and see our special guests from Radcliffe Physiotherapy who are a dedicated team of experienced chartered physiotherapists based in Radcliffe-on-Trent.
