Fitness tip of the day: Contrary to a vast majority of people who think that the more they sweat during a workout the more calories they burn, that is completely false! You might loose some water weight but that amount will put right back in your body when you drink a cup/bottle of water. So dont bother wearing 10 sets of clothes thinking you will benefit from it, your just putting your self in danger of heat exhaustion! -Carl Wesley jr
