Clerical positions available to assist with property preservation, inspections, hazard claims, ordinance violations, valuations, and REO management. Responsibilities include: Customer service Data entry Processing orders Quality control Communicating with field service vendors Billing Knowledge of mortgage servicing, construction, property preservation, and home inspections, as well as clerical and/or real estate sales experience, is desired. Qualifications 1-3 years business/secretarial experience preferred Some college coursework completed Professional demeanor and excellent telephone/communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet specific deadlines Strong analytical and problem solving skills Typing skills of 45 wpm Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software JOB REQUIREMENTS All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, computer skills assessment, and basic math and language skills test.
