Five Precepts as the FIve Types offerings Big, Mahadana. But do not mistakenly interpret that precept is only because of the funds described as the Five Precepts of the offerings in the book mentioned above. Buddha did not mean to say that the principle is no different with funds or both was the same. Sila is controlling the physical actions and speech, while the fund is giving something, and secondly it should not be considered identical. If people virtuous implement precepts do not kill and prevent yourself from killing other beings, moral person was actually an offering of salvation (abhaya funds). The same considerations apply to the other precepts. Thus, if the whole precept is carried out by a moral, he, through its control, to present to all creatures, freedom from accidents, from danger, from worries, anxiety, and so on, in this sense Buddha taught that the implementation of the Five Precepts are offering Offering Big Five, mahadana. ~ By: Ven.
