Five down, 25 to Go! Sep 18, 2013 5:31 PM David has completed five days of radiation and chemo. He also received his first dose of Avastin last Friday. He was quite ill, Friday, after the huge dose of chemo, but recovered quickly and had a fairly good weekend. He is in good spirits and is able to eat several small meals a day. Today, we met a couple from Etowah who have both been diagnosed with cancer and are going through different stages of treatments. We ask that you pray for Debbie and Rod. I cannot even began to imagine what they are going through, but both of them were smiling, cheerful, and uplifting. We left UT counting our many blessings.
