Five important things you need to know: 1. How do I buy a gemstone? Elviz Prasiolites Gemstones For Your Day, takes most forms of payment, but by far prefers Paypal. Its easy! Just give me your Paypal e-mail, and Ill send you an invoice. Once paid, the stones ships out in 24 hours, excluding weekends & holidays, by United States Postal Service priority mail, insured with tracking. Shipping is $6.00 in the USA. $6.00 uninsured, internationally. $50.00 insured, internationally. International buyers, if you want me to send a stone out uninsured, I can not take financial responsibility for the stone being lost in the mail. Buyer will have to assume that responsibility, and there will be no refund if stone gets lost on its way to buyer once mailed. If you have any questions, please contact me. See below. Need to register to Paypal? paypal 2. How do I contact you? I want to buy a gemstone. You can PM me at my personal FB site. E-mail me at rockproductions@msn. Call me at 319-365-7403, or leave a message here & Ill PM you. https://facebook/jim.mccormick.9 3. How can I tell if a gemstone is still available for sale? All stones are available listed, unless you see reserved at top of description. Reserved means on hold, but still in my possession, so keep checking back, because the stone may become available again. You can also contact me about the stone, to be next in line to buy, if the reserve status changes to available. 4. Return Policy: You have a 7 day inspection period. If you dont like your stone, let me know within seven days of receiving it. Then send the stone back in the same condition it was received in, for a full refund of your money once the stone arrives back. No questions asked. Buyer responsible for return shipping charges. 5. Special orders: I can source just about any stone a client would want, in a special order. Special orders have to be paid for in advance, before I purchase the stone for the client. Shipping times can be as much as four weeks (normally less), depending on the source, before it gets to the client. I can also have the stone(s) sent to a major gem lab for a identification report (not an appraisal), which the cost would be added on to the stones price. As most labs are backed up with stones to identify, this could add up to, two extra weeks before the gem gets sent to me, and then I send it to you. Please PM me with any questions about special orders. Thank you for your patronage! Jim McCormick...AKA...Elviz Praisiolite
