These are what we have on tap as of March 11th. See our Brewmasters at youtube/BrewzziTV Boca Raton: Reserve: 100% Brett Belgian Porter Complex & dark Belgian-Style Porter with aromas of bakers chocolate & dark caramel. Belgian malts keep this beer authentic, while flaked oats add a slight creaminess & smooth mouthfeel to counter the dryness and sharpness of the Brettanomyces (Brett) yeast. The Brett yeast also develops distinct fruity flavors complemented by imported Belgian Candi Syrup. Expect flavors of candied rum, toffee, plum & raisin with a smooth roasted finish. Pairs with BBQ Burger, Marinated Skirt Steak & NY Strip Steak. 8.1% ABV 35 IBU Reserve: Farmhouse IPA Fermented with a unique yeast strain from one of the last BelgianFarmhouse breweries, & hopped aggressively like an American IPA. A mixture of new & experimental hops from the US & New Zealand provide uncommon flavors. Aromas of Juicy Fruit bubblegum, cherry & watermelon candy lead to an acidic, dry & bitter finish. The high carbonation brings out a multitude of tropical fruit flavors, while making the beer dangerously drinkable. Pairs with Calamari & Peppers, Teriyaki Tuna & Seafood Pasta. 8.0% ABV 46 IBU Special: American Grisette Grisette is a relatively unknown Belgian style, similar to Saison, but brewed to quench the thirst of coal miners, rather than farmers. This American version is very effervescent, light bodied & dry, with a tart & refreshing finish. The flavor is reminiscent of Meyer lemons & passion fruit. A 6-month fermentation with various strains of wild yeast bring this beer back to its Belgian roots, while American & New Zealand hops keep things interesting. Pairs with Nachos, Caribbean Sushi Tuna Salad & Margarita Pizza. 6.3% ABV 15 IBU Tropical Madness: Blackberry Brewzzi Boca taps a Firkin (a small batch of cask-conditioned beer) on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 5:15pm. $1 a pint the first hour, $3 a pint thereafter.
