#FlashbackFriday Here are the lovely John & Elaine who found themselves in a pickle few years ago. They couldnt sell their 41 year old family home until they bought, but they werent comfortable to buy their dream home until they sold. (Sound familiar? I know youre secretly nodding.) At their age of retirement, everything they had was in the house they owned in Hoppers Crossing along with some savings they had, but it became too much to maintain with a big backyard and the home was way too big for the two of them. They fell in love with this gorgeous cottage in Wyndham Green close by to their son and in a quiet neighbourhood. Whilst it was a lot of hard work, a lot of negotiating, a lot of back and forth between all parties involved and a few tears along the way... John & Elaine sold their 41 year old family home and bought their dream home.
