Flavor of the month.... I tend to like oddball stuff in my rifle calibers, and weve been doing brass prep and case forming for a new carbine i have in .256 SuperMag , sort of like the.256 win mag on steroids. Instead of using .357mag brass, we anneal .357 Maximum brass, neck it to .25, and rock on...those of you who remember John Wooters years ago writing about the .25 Copperhead (.25x222), this is a basically a rimmed version, and will be shooting 75s at around 2700fps.....coyotes beware. ;) ill post some test groups as we get out to try various loads, now that deer season has wrapped up for me, its back to harassing coyotes, pigs, etc. More pics to come as we get this one out into the woods.
