Flex Friday. Its been since this summer since i have been able to workout. I have had neck surgery this past june -had 4 screws and bracket put in. Then i got a month into doing PiYO. Now this past October I had MRI done on lower back to figure out what the pain was that ive dealt with for over a year .I was doing BodyBeast Nov. 2013 when I had to stop. I now deal with 2 herniated dics and arthritis in the spine. Im due to get injections next week. Disc L4 and 5. Its been a rough year. Soon as injection gets done, Doc says to tinker around with movement and see what i can do. I want to play with Combat. My ultimate favorite program. I love helping others get started with programs. Its been so hard to see other get to workout, when i havent been able to. but seeing everyone keep pushing play, keeps me from being in the dumps. I still eat healthy and engage in my movements everyday. so heres my photo of Flex Friday Today. Cant wait to start combat again, just cant use weights and have to modify. Stay with the FIGHT is what my heart /body say to do. And for those that are doing it, its a great program. Ive been with Beachbody for over 4 years.
