Unable to give me even the basic information, or understand novice level protocols, I started laughing at them for not giving up. By the way, they hate that and will hang up on you! [{;-) On to the e-mails… Dear (VENDOR), The battery chargers we recently purchased from you were advertized to charge the “ABC-123456" 3.7 volt safety battery. The contacts on these chargers are recessed into the case well beyond any possible reach of the battery. Beyond that, the maximum setting on the chargers is 3.5 volt, therefore the batteries will never be fully charged and under power the device. While not worth the shipping to return these, we suggest that you double check and correct your ad…. Dear Customer, So sorry for cause trouble. Our chargers of finest quality, just fine for you, make good touchy for “ABC-123456” battery and great power for all devices.
